Will the balloons last outdoors?  

Balloons thrive best indoors at room temperature. We cannot guarantee outdoor events. The sun oxidizes balloons almost immediately, heat pops balloons and rain sinks helium balloons. Mother nature wins.

Do you come back for the balloons after the event?

Our balloon art is lightweight and 100% disposable.  If you need assistance, however, for a $50 minimum disposal fee (adjusted with travel distance) we can return to help with removal. This MUST be scheduled with our balloon coordinator.  Some customers choose to donate the balloon art for a second use.

Do you have marquee letters?

We often build balloon installations on and around Marquee Letters that you see in our photos.  These are rented separately by our customers from different companies.  We will gladly give you a referral.

Do you have backdrops?

Like Marquee Lettering, backdrops are purchased or rented separately.  We can install your balloons on and around the backdrop you provide.

Can you set up our backdrop for us?

Our insurance only covers our decorators to install products that we provide. We are unable to perform additional work not covered in our scope of installation.  Please have items such as this ready to go for us when we arrive.

Can you use our balloons we have/purchased?

We work with specific high-quality balloons in which we have confidence and experience.  By only using balloons that we supply, we can ensure our installations are second to none.   

How much set up time is needed?

For most installations we require at least one hour for set up. Larger jobs will need a larger time window. The installation area MUST be ready for installation when we arrive.  We offer a 15-minute grace period in which we will wait and call before we will be forced to leave your project in the best place possible.

How far in advance should I book your services?

As soon as possible.  We have a lot of balloon options on hand, but many orders require additional balloons or special ordered balloons.  These can take 10 business days for shipping from our producers.

Why is helium so expensive?

We are currently in one of the most extended Helium Shortages in recent history created by supply, demand, and geo-political factors.  Medical uses take priority, and the party-balloon industry has taken on significant costs.  We certainly hope that this finite resource stabilizes, and prices return to a reasonable level.  

How long do helium balloons last?

A standard 11-inch latex balloon with helium can last 12-18hours if in a safe spot away from obstructive objects. We can add a product called Hi-float to your latex balloons and make them float several days longer.

Can you print our logo on balloons?

We do not have balloon printing abilities, there are custom merchandise providers that may be able to create your custom balloons. 

Can you match our company colors?

We have a wide variety of colors, but we are limited by the producers. We will match your company colors the best we can with the balloon colors we can procure.  If you have the Hex code for your colors, that will help us get the closest match possible.

Can you come look at the space?

Typically this is not needed.  We have worked in most public and private venues in town, and there is little that surprises us.  We can gain most of what we need from images and measurements that you can provide.  However, for a consultation fee of $50 we are happy to meet you on-site to discuss your project.

If requesting ceiling work we MUST have approval to do so from the venue and we must have an on-site consultation with venue management and yourself. We do not supply lifts or ladders for ceiling work. A consultation fee will be added to your invoice.
