Got questions? You’re in the right place. Here are the answers to some of the things we get asked most to help you plan with confidence and bring your vision to life.
Do you offer marquee letters?
We don’t rent marquee letters ourselves, but they pair beautifully with our balloon designs. We’re happy to refer you to vendors we trust and will gladly build around whatever you provide.
Do you provide backdrops?
We focus on the balloons, so backdrops are brought in separately. If you have one, just let us know—we’re happy to incorporate it into your setup.
Can your team set up our backdrop?
Since our insurance only covers items we provide, we’re not able to install outside props or backdrops. We recommend having those set and ready before we arrive so everything goes smoothly.
Can you use balloons we’ve already purchased?
To make sure everything looks and holds up beautifully, we work exclusively with high-quality balloons we know and trust from our vendors. That’s how we ensure top-tier results every time.
Can you match our brand or event colors?
We’ll get as close as possible! We have access to a wide range of balloon colors, and if you have a HEX code, that helps us find the best match.
Can you print logos on balloons?
We don’t offer in-house printing, but if you source printed balloons separately, we’re happy to include them in your display.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner, the better! While we carry many options in stock, special orders can take up to 10 business days. Early booking ensures the best selection and availability.
Can you visit the event space beforehand?
We’re pros at planning from photos and measurements, but if you’d prefer an in-person walkthrough, we offer on-site consultations starting at $50.
How much time do you need for setup?
Most installations take about an hour, but larger events may need more. We ask that your space be fully ready when we arrive. We offer a 15-minute grace period if there’s a delay, then do our best with the time we have.
Will you remove the balloons after the event?
Balloon decor is fully disposable, but we do offer takedown service starting at $50 (based on location). Just let us know ahead of time so we can schedule it. Some clients even donate their decor for others to enjoy!
Will the balloons last outdoors?
Balloons hold up best indoors. Sun, heat, and wind can affect their appearance and lifespan, especially with helium. If you’re planning an outdoor event, we’ll walk you through what to expect and help set realistic expectations.
Why is helium more expensive lately?
There’s a worldwide helium shortage affecting the entire industry, especially non-medical use. We’re always upfront about pricing and happy to suggest air-filled options when they make more sense for your event.
How long do helium balloons float?
A standard 11” helium balloon floats 12–18 hours, but we can treat them with Hi-Float to extend that to several days if kept indoors and out of direct sun.
