• Payment is required prior to delivery. Reservation is not guaranteed until payment is made in full.

• If you must cancel your greeting sign, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. Any cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a 50% penalty.

• Severe and/or hazardous weather can delay set up.

• If we are unable to set up your greeting because of severe and/or hazardous weather, you will receive a full refund.

• Our lovely desert landscape can experience high winds. We do our best to secure each sign. No refunds will be issued if mother nature steps in.

• We do not guarantee a specific arrival time due to the unique nature of each set up and number of greetings booked each day. We are happy to work around your special event if we know about it. Please share relevant details with us.

• Someone in the household must be notified that we will be on the property. We may be there early in the morning or late evening. Please advise them to leave a light on for us outside so we can identify the address easily.

• Please make sure no cars are parked on the street on the night of delivery, it makes setup harder.

• We work mainly with stands. If we are going in the ground in your yard and not using our stands, please water/soak your yard in the evening and morning prior to setting the yard greeting.

• We will let you know if we will be going in the ground. We will make every effort possible, but we may not be able to set your sign if the ground is totally hard. No refunds will be given if you have not attempted to water.

• Please do not move our signs for any reason. If they need to be taken down early, let us know and we will take care of it. You are responsible for any damage and will be charged for the replacement cost of such sign(s) including tax & shipping.

• If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up. You are responsible for any damage and will be charged for the replacement cost of such sign(s) including tax & shipping.

• If you have any outdoor pets, please make sure they are put up for the entire duration that the signs are up. You are responsible for any damage and will be charged for the replacement cost of such sign(s) including tax & shipping.

• All signs are property of Sign Gypsies, you are responsible for any theft or damage and will be charged for the replacement cost of such sign(s) including tax & shipping.

• For the safety of everyone, especially children, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the sign display. Our items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.

• Sign Gypsies and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup, display or removal of any rental.

• Please do not attach balloons, streamers, or any other party decoration to the display. Tucson Balloon Lady is the only authorized vendor to attach balloons if purchased.

• Any pictures taken by staff or provided to Sign Gypsies Northern Tucson from the customer becomes property of said company and may be used on their social media pages for advertisement.

 

Hold Harmless Agreement

• Customer agrees to protect, defend, and indemnify all employees of Sign Gypsies Northern Tucson and holds its officers, employees and agents free and harmless from and against any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the Sign Gypsies Northern Tucson area rental agreement and/or the performance thereof. Customer further agrees to investigate, handles, respond to, provide defense for any such claims, etc., at his sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc.) is groundless, false, or fraudulent. Agreement is in effect for the duration of the rental process as defined by the effective dates of the rental agreement.
